A Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN tem por foco ser um repositório de artigos acadêmicos de referência, e por escopo divulgar artigos que versem sobre temas de Direito,

em suas múltiplas interfaces, cumprindo a missão institucional de promover o debate, fomentar a pesquisa e contribuir para um ensino jurídico de qualidade. O conteúdo da Revista é de artigos científicos, resenhas críticas, jurisprudências comentadas e informações referentes à Ciência do Direito.

Mission and scope

The Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN is focused on being a repository of academic articles of reference and has the purpose of disseminating articles that deal with themes of law, in its multiple interfaces, fulfilling the institutional mission of promoting debate, fostering research, and contributing for quality legal education. The contents of the Journal are scientific articles, critical reviews, commented jurisprudence and information regarding the Science of Law.

A Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN é voltada para estudantes, professores, pesquisadores e profissionais da área do direito e áreas afins. Trata-se de um público abrangente, mas que compartilha a busca constante por aprofundamento e atualização e a defesa intransigente de um ensino de qualidade.

The Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN is intended for students, teachers, researchers, and professionals in the area of Law and similar areas. It is a wide audience, but one that shares the constant seeking of depth and being up to date and the uncompromising defense of quality learning.

A publicação de artigo pela revista implica, por parte do autor, a cessão gratuita de seus direitos patrimoniais sobre o trabalho. Neste sentido, os trabalhos enviados para avaliação devem ser inéditos, originais e não podem estar pendentes de avaliação ou publicação em outro periódico.

Publishing policy

The publication of the article by this journal implies that the author has gratuitously transferred all patrimonial rights on the work. For that reason, all works submitted for evaluation must be original, unpublished and not under evaluation or to be published in other publications.

Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN is committed to ethical conduct in research and to good scientific publishing practices, in accordance with the guidelines of the UNIGRAN Research Ethics Committee (CEP), as well as national and international standards of integrity in scientific production and publication and the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, the use of which is permitted exclusively as a technical support resource, limited to activities such as grammatical revision, translation, textual organization and graphic design.
