Resumo: Esse artigo analisa a importância do marketing
e suas principais ferramentas mercadológicas para empresas na área da saúde,
possibilitando resultados positivos relacionados à melhoria no atendimento
e no merchandising, vendas de produtos e também tornar a empresa mais competitiva,
diminuindo o impacto da concorrência. Apesar das ferramentas mercadológicas
existirem a muito tempo, poucas empresas da saúde fazem uso delas, como
uma forma de gerar vantagens competitivas para a diferenciação perante seus
concorrentes. A concorrência leva as empresas a buscarem expansão em novos
mercados, utilizando recursos que podem superar seus concorrentes, como uma
nova forma de abordar o cliente, produtos e serviços novos, qualidade no
atendimento, são recursos que não requerem muito investimento, mas que fazem
toda a diferença em uma empresa, que podem ser usadas para aumentar o faturamento
da empresa, atrair novos clientes e reter clientes antigos. Lembrando que as
ferramentas mercadológicas devem ser utilizadas sem ferir os princípios éticos
da profissão e sim como uma maneira de influenciar o cliente no momento da escolha
entre uma ou outra organização.

Abstract: This article examines the importance of marketing
and its key marketing tools for companies in healthcare, enabling positive outcomes
related to improvements in attendance and merchandising, product sales and also
make the company more competitive, reducing the impact of competition. Despite
the marketing tools are a long time, few companies make use of the health of them,
as a way of creating competitive advantages for the differentiation with its competitors.
Competition drives companies to seek expansion into new markets, using resources that
can overcome its competitors, as a new way of approaching the client, new products and
services, quality of care, are resources that do not require much investment, but they
are all the difference in a company, which can be used to increase the turnover of the
company, attract new customers and retain old customers. Recalling that the marketing
tools should be used without hurting the ethical principles of the profession, but as
a way to influence the customer at the choice between one or another organization.
