Editorial Policies

Foco e escopo
A Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN tem por foco ser um repositório de artigos acadêmicos de referência, e por escopo divulgar artigos que versem sobre temas de Direito, em suas múltiplas interfaces, cumprindo a missão institucional de promover o debate, fomentar a pesquisa e contribuir para um ensino jurídico de qualidade. O conteúdo da Revista é de artigos científcos, resenhas críticas, jurisprudências comentadas e informações referentes à Ciência do Direito.

Público-alvo
A Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN é voltada para estudantes, professores, pesquisadores e profissionais da área do direito e áreas afins. Trata-se de um público abrangente, mas que compartilha a busca constante por aprofundamento e atualização e a defesa intransigente de um ensino de qualidade.

Target audience
The Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN is intended for students, teachers, researchers and professionals in the area of Law and similar areas. It is a wide audience, but one that shares the constant seeking of depth and being up to date and the uncompromising defense of quality learning.

Meio e periodicidade
A Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN é publicada com periodicidade semestral, na forma impressa e em meio eletrônico. Os exemplares físicos são enviados, por permuta, às bibliotecas das principais faculdades de direito; a versão eletrônica, publicada no site http://www.unigran.br/revista_juridica, pode ser acessada de forma livre e gratuita.

Means and release period
The Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN is published on a biannual basis, through physical press and electronic form. The physical issues are sent, through exchange, to the libraries of the major Law schools; the electronic version, published in the site http://unigran.br/revista_juridica, may be accessed free of charge.

Política de publicação
A publicação de artigo pela revista implica, por parte do autor, a cessão gratuita de seus direitos patrimoniais sobre o trabalho. Neste sentido, os trabalhos enviados para avaliação devem ser inéditos, originais e não podem estar pendentes de avaliação ou publicação em outro periódico.

Publishing policy
The publication of the article by this journal implies that the author has gratuitously transferred all patrimonial rights on the work. For that reason, all works submitted for evaluation must be original, unpublished and not under evaluation or to be published in other publications.

Política de ética e boas práticas de publicação
A Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN está comprometida com a conduta ética em pesquisa e boas práticas de publicação. Segue os padrões estabelecidos pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da UNIGRAN – CEP e por instituições nacionais e internacionais reguladoras dos padrões de ética e integridade em produção e publicação científica.

Ethics and good publishing practices policy
The Revista Jurídica UNIGRAN takes a stand for ethical conduct in research and good publishing practices. It follows the standards established by the UNIGRAN Ethical Research Committee – CEP and by national and international institutions that regulate the ethical and integrity standards in scientific production and publishing.
